Family Planning and Sexual Health
Goal
We strive to provide compassionate and quality reproductive health care services in settings which preserve and protect the essential privacy and rights of each individual. We emphasize prevention and overall sexual and reproductive health. We welcome all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, insurance status, or immigration status.
Family Pact (FPact)
The Office of Family Planning is charged by the California Legislature “to make available to citizens of the State who are of childbearing age comprehensive medical knowledge, assistance, and services relating to the planning of families”. The purpose of family planning is to provide women and men a means by which they can decide for themselves the number, timing, and spacing of their children.

Birth Control Counseling and Methods Including:
- Intrauterine Devices
- Implants
- Pills
- Condoms
- Injections
- Rings
- Patches
Pregnancy Testing with Counseling
Preconception Counseling
Male and Female Sterilization
Limited Infertility Services
Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing and Treatment
Pap Smears
HIV Screenings
Eligibility
You must be a California resident
Your income for your family size must be at or below 200% of the Federal Income Guidelines
The client must have no other source of health care coverage for family planning services
You must have a medical necessity for family planning services
Age 12-55
Persons under 18 are eligible to receive services without parental consent
