Tehama County Health Services Agency is committed to a healthy community through the use of health education, prevention, assessment, early intervention and treatment with follow-up.

Services Offered

Our Rural Health Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare for individuals who lack access to medical services due to economic or social barriers. Physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical support staff offer a full range of quality services. The Clinic accepts most insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, self-pay and private insurance.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – excluding county holidays.
