MHOAC Notification Procedure – If an unusual event or emergency occurs, please notify the MHOAC Program by phone at 530-529-7900 or by cell phone to one of the designated MHOACs. After notifying the MHOAC complete a Situation Report (SitRep) and Resource Request, as applicable, and email or fax it to the MHOAC.
