Resources for HPP Partners

Tehama County Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Partners include, but are not limited to, community partners who provide clinical and non-clinical expertise necessary to identifying and meeting our community’s needs, foster connections among members, and strengthen the health care delivery system’s ability to continue to provide care during a disaster or emergency, improve patient outcomes, and save lives.
Member organizations include representatives from;

The Tehama County Medical Health Operational Area Coordinator (MHOAC) Program
MHOAC Notification Procedure- If an unusual event or emergency occurs, please notify the MHOAC Program by phone at 530-529-7900 or by cell phone to one of the designated MHOACs. After notifying the MHOAC complete a Situation Report (SitRep) and Resource Request, as applicable, and email or fax it to the MHOAC.

The Situation Status Report (SitRep) a tool to efficiently communicate your facility’s status, during disasters, to the Tehama County MHOAC Program. Please complete and email or fax the form to the MHOAC once the decision has been made to activate your Emergency Operations Plan or Command Center (HCC/ICP).
The Resource Request form is a tool to efficiently communicate your facility’s unmet resource needs, during disasters, to the Tehama County MHOAC Program. Please complete and email or fax this form to the MHOAC once you have exhausted or expect to exhaust resources. This form should always be accompanied by a SitRep that communicates your facility’s status
