Tehama County clinics are actively collaborating and working towards operating a Virtual Dentistry mobile clinic to provide greater access to dental services. To complete our Community Health Improvement Plan, we collaborated with local dental providers and surveyed community members to determine our goals.

• Build community capacity to improve access to oral health services
• Integrate oral health into overall health through primary prevention
• Educate and empower residents of Tehama County to improve their Oral Health Status
• Implement system changes that promote oral health among Children, Youth and Adults
• Improve, enhance and evaluate the services that support the Community Health Improvement Plan.

The goal of the Local Oral Health Program is to improve total health and wellbeing of Tehama County Community by providing education, support, and access to oral health services.
