The
Tehama County Health Partnership
(TCHP)
is a collaborative effort among
various agencies, organizations,
and concerned citizens. Initially
funded by a
grant
from the California Wellness Foundation, the now
local-agency funded TCHP
seeks
to improve the health
and quality of life of the residents of Tehama County.

The
Health Partnership brings together
many disparate organizations.
The
Tehama County Health Services
Agency (TCHSA), with all of its
staff, programs, and resources,
plays a main role as does the
Tehama County Education Department.
Other organizations, public and
private, participate in Health
Partnership activities.

A
main focus of the Health Partnership
is to facilitate efficient delivery
of preventive and support services
to the community. The success of
the Health Partnership is due to
the many agencies and members who
are willing to collaborate, pool
resources, and change traditional
service delivery systems to work
towards a common goal of a healthier
community.

The Health Partnership meets
the third Tuesday of each
month.
Meetings
rotate between Red Bluff and
Corning to provide residents
and
member agencies with more
opportunities to participate.
