  • Provide teen parents the support they need to remain in school and
    complete their education
  • Decrease future unplanned pregnancy
  • Guide teen parents towards independence
  • Family health education
 
     
Who is Eligible?
 
  • Pregnant and parenting teens
    • Men 20 years of age and younger
    • Women 18 years of age and younger
 
     
  Who Provides the service?  
 
  • Public Health Nurse
  • Drug and Alcohol Counselor

  • Home
  • School
  • Public Health Division
  • Community
 
     
  What is offered?  
 
  • Case Management
  • Referrals to needed resources
  • Transportation to medical appointments and Department of Social Services
