Tehama County Mental Health Plan has
an extensive Quality Improvement program
that conforms to all requirements defined
by the State Dept. of Mental Health.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible
for evaluating the quality of services
provided to community members. This
is accomplished by a variety of activities
including routine chart audits, investigating
client grievances, reviewing services
to determine if they comply with State
and Federal regulations, and conducting
Quarterly QA meetings with staff and
community members. |
