The
Agency Compliance Auditor is the designated
Mental Health Compliance Officer.
The Compliance Auditor meets weekly with
all Division Directors, the Assistant
Executive Directors, and the Executive
Director. The Compliance Auditor reports
directly to the Executive Director. |

The compliance Officer can be contacted
via phone, email, or the Fraud, Abuse,
and Compliance hotline. The Supervisor
of Medical Records, reporting directly
to the Compliance Officer, is at every
TCHSA site several times a month and reports
any compliance concerns during the weekly
meetings with the Compliance Officer. |
